Tomas Pevny will speak on Harnessing Relational Learning for Explainable Learning
Tomas Pevny received his PhD in 2008 at the University of Binghamton, SUNY, USA, where he has pioneered the use of Machine Learning techniques in steganography and steganalysis for which he was awarded by IEEE Signal Processing Society. After one year post-doc in Grenoble, France, he has returned to the Artificial Intelligence Center at the Czech Technical University where he has extended his interests to Machine Learning problems in Cybersecurity. He has worked closely with the Cognitive Security startup acquired in 2013 by Cisco System Inc. Since September 2019, he has been with Avast and the Artificial Intelligence Center at the Czech Technical University in Prague.
